About
Skyline Trees is named for The City & The Forest -- our business is to make them both grow.
-
We care for trees at the highest industry standard -- all climbing, planting, pruning, treatments & certified-arborist reports done in-house.
-
We specialize in tree-savvy design & construction -- We are an arborist firm with full design & build capacity -- build smart; plant smart.
We make buildings and trees work together. We believe in growth.
Founder & arborist Justin Ory is based in Austin, Texas. Justin studied anthropology before he became an arborist certified by the International Society of Arboriculture. Justin has traveled, written and worked extensively to better understand how cities & the urban forest interact.
His designs reflect the work of his studies, but also the planting & building he has done by hand.
Justin founded Skyline Trees based on what he learned from talented builders, botanists & designers from around the world -- trees add immense value to growing cities, especially in the fields of construction & architecture.
Justin works on the crew, speaks at tree conferences, and travels internationally looking for trees to climb.
In his spare time, he likes to remix old records and watch sci-fi movies.
